With reference to Lieutenant-General Norton's despatch No.484 of 3rd December, 1940, I have the honour to submit for the signification of His Majesty's pleasure the following Ordinance intituled:-

An Ordinance to amend the Betting Duty Ordinance, 1931, as amended by the Betting Duty Amendment Ordinance, 1940.
